Dave Snowden is the Director of the Cynefin Centre for Applied Complexity. He co-led a major US Government project on counter-terrorism before and after 911. As a result, he was one of the principal designers of the Singapore Government’s Risk Assessment and Horizon Scanning system. Mr Snowden will discuss how project management can be inspired by nature and evolve as a domain with adaptive complex system thinking.
