Footage released by humanitarian organization The Red Crescent also showed rescue workers carrying body bags into vehicles at the site.
The group said at least six people were killed in the area. The joint U.S.-Israeli strikes have killed at least 1,230 people in Iran since the war began in late February, according to officials.
