This is the next part of an ongoing project re-building a 2019 Allegro Red Diesel Motorhome.
When the RV was towed to Arizona, the towing company hooked up to the generator base to tow the RV onto the flatbed truck. Needless to say, cast aluminum cannot support a large motorhome and generator destruction occured.
We feel confident that this brand new generator with less than 60 hours should be okay. A new one runs around $10,000! So we are going to replace the lower base, smashed panels, thermostat housing and hope for the best.
