Goals play a vital role in our lives. They are like a compass, guiding us in the right direction, helping us grow, and enabling us to achieve meaningful success. Every day, we are faced with countless tasks. Without clear goals, it is easy to feel lost and unsure about what truly matters. That is why setting goals — and planning how to achieve them wisely — is an essential skill for anyone who wants to succeed.
My future goal is that within the next five years, I will be able to communicate fluently in English, take the IELTS exam if necessary, and build a sustainable career teaching Vietnamese to foreigners.
To achieve this, I plan to break my goals down year by year, then further into monthly and quarterly plans. Regularly reviewing my progress is also very important, because it helps me understand what I am doing well and what challenges I need to overcome.
I truly love languages. To me, language is not just vocabulary or grammar — it is a powerful bridge that connects people, cultures, and hearts all around the world.
At this moment, I am only at the beginning of this journey. Although there are many difficulties ahead, I choose to learn and improve a little every day. I firmly believe that when a goal is meaningful and well-planned, perseverance will always lead to success. As we say in my culture: with patience and effort, even iron can be sharpened into a needle.
