We live in a culture that expects and demands more of us every day. More and more of us are taking MORE on, but no one's talking about the other side of MORE. Not enough people are talking about the impact that all of this is having on us mind, body and spirt. Many of are feeling moody and irritable, but no one is talking about it? Why? Because we are made to feel as if these emotions are BAD. and these feelings are nothing more than our inability to just 'suck it up' or 'push through'. Well I say it's time that we stopped pushing through and we started looking more deeply at what's driving our feelings and what they're trying communicating to us. It's time to take off the mask. And get real. As we liberate ourselves. We liberate others to do the same. Mental health is achieved when we stop suppressing our feelings and instead once and for all learn how to listen to them, heal them and integrate them.
