RIP Mitchell's Wool Fat - Suggesting A Suitable Replacement [

Описание: Today’s YMMV Shave features a eulogy to Mitchell’s Woof Fat shaving soap and suggests an alternative soap that is readily available and easier to use.

For the traditional wet shave we use a Gillette Adjustable (T1, 1973) razor, fitted with a Gillette Perma-Sharp blade, Stirling Sheep soap, which is lathered up with a Rich Man Shaving 24mm Oumo Super High Density Manchuria brush. Post shave we use Rhode Island Soapworks After The Shaving Balm. As always, your mileage may vary – this is simply my experience with this setup on its first use.

Shave Setup:

• Razor: Gillette Adjustable (T1, 1973)
• Blade: Gillette Perma-Sharp
• Soap/Cream: Stirling Sheep
• Brush: Rich Man Shaving 24mm Oumo Super High Density Manchuria Badger
• Aftershave/Post: Rhode Island Soapworks After The Shaving Balm
