So What is Meld?
Meld is the visual diff and merges tool of GNOME, targeted at developers. It allows users to compare two or three files or directories visually, color-coding the different lines. Meld can be used for comparing files, directories, and version-controlled repositories.

Installing Meld is very easy. Just follow the following steps and there you go... So let's begin!

Step 1. To install Meld first you just need to download .exe file from the following Link:
https://meldmerge.org/

Step 2. After downloading Meld just run the .exe by double-clicking it.

Step 3. You need to click the License agreement as shown in the video.

Step 4. Now after the installation of the Meld in your Operating System just simply double-click on it to open it. And there you go!!

Step 5. Now you need to open two files and start comparing. You can merge them later.
