7.VGA cable (which connects display monitor and CPU) is faulty or have dust in pins/slots.
8.Video card, RAM, CPU is heating a lot. Add additional exhaust fan in the cabinet.
9. Remove whole components from pc all cables.
10. remove motherboard and clean with Blur Air.
11. wash motherboard with warm water but first you must remove all other parts such as cpu , fan heeat sink ram had cables cmos etc.After you have to put in sunlight and change sides of MB that it can dry good then reconnect cpu ram and power supply and test.

14. change ram .
