Queen Maxima of the Netherlands made a true fashion statement in the capital of fashion.
The Queen of the Netherlands, 52, stepped out in Paris to open the exhibit “Iris van Herpen" "Sculpting the Senses” at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs alongside the artist and First Lady of France Brigitte Macron. In a show of support for the Dutch designer, Maxima wore a semi-sheer beige and blush gown by van Herpen with a high illusion neckline, structured bodice and cascading cape.
The look might feel familiar to members of the Beyhive, as Beyoncé wore something similar over the summer. While opening an Amerstdam stop of the Renaissance World Tour stop in June, the 32-time Grammy winner shimmered in a bespoke illusion mini dress with a dramatic collar and regal cape by Van Herpen, Vogue reported
