Thanks to legislation that was snuck into the covid stimulus bill, trump signed it, and now USPS is banned from allowing shipments of vape and vape accessories.


If you vape delta 8, cbd, nicotine or any other vapable products, this means you will enjoy higher prices and higher shipping rates

Heres why -

Online sellers will be required to:

Use private shipping services that collect an adult signature at the point of delivery
Verify your age of using a commercially available database
Send each taxing state’s tax administrator a list of all transactions with customers in their state, including the names and addresses of each customer sold to, and the quantities and type of each product sold (which means the government will have data on your transactions and your purchasing decisions)


This is a good thing that they are creating a system designed to keep drugs out of the hands of minors.
But this is also bad if you’re not too fond of the government keeping tabs on your purchasing decisions.
And the regulation naturally creates more expenses for businesses, ultimately causing the price of vapes to go up.
Btw If you’re a cannabis user don’t worry, you’ll still be able to buy your delta 8 THC online. It’ll just take a while for businesses to congregate with their lawyers so they can start selling legally again.
