This is a demonstration of the Scottish Highland Dance the 3&1 Step Seann Triubhas, intended to help Primary, Beginner, and Novice level dancers learn at home!
This video includes the 1st step (Brushing), 11th step (Side heel-and-toe), Alternative 4th step (Backward travel), and 16th step (Side heel-and-toe and Shedding).
