For those looking for a plug and play roaster, this might be as close as it gets. The Nesco uses hot air to roast 4 oz of coffee and comes in a compact, well-built and very easy to use design. The chaff collector keeps your kitchen free of any mess and the handle makes it easy move it in and out of a cabinet.
Nothing in life is perfect and neither is the Nesco. If you are looking to dial in your roasts by having control over temperature, time, airflow, etc, there are other machines out there that will work better for you but if you just want to turn green coffee into brown coffee with no fuss or mess, the Nesco is the way to go.
