My Health Explained is an online diabetes program that is designed to get people under control in 12 weeks.
My name is Dr Sultan Linjawi, I am a Diabetes Specialist, an Endocrinologist.
I developed the program because I was really keen to try to take all of my years of experience seeing thousands of people with diabetes and realising that often it is the simple things that people can change that have the biggest effect.
And we realised that if we were going to develop the best and most unique diabetes program available, we needed to use the expertise of dietitians, psychologists and diabetes educators to provide a very holistic approach to be able to get the best outcomes possible.
The reason the program is so unique, is that it adapts and changes depending on the information that we find out about you.
In other words, by you providing us with small bits of information and interacting with the program, the content will completely change to give you an entirely different experience.
So this actually is a program that is fantastic.
Whether you have just been diagnosed with diabetes whether your doctor is telling you that your diabetes readings are not safe enough and that you need to increase your medication, or maybe you are someone who is developing complications and you do not want that, and you are looking for ways to try to minimise that.
Because I think this is a program that allows a person to be the best that they can be.
So, if people are interested, all they need to do is sign up.
