In 1989, after the consolidation of Stonewall Jackson High School and Charleston High School, a new school was opened. Capital High School, built on the outskirts of Charleston, West Virginia, began serving a large portion of the Charleston area student population.
With recently recovered VHS footage, take a look at the first year at Capital High School!
