Ice Cream Caramel Waffles - Stroopwafel

Описание: A while ago some of you voted for which ice cream flavor you guys want me to make. The Caramel Waffle (Dutch stroopwafel) won! ヾ(＠⌒▽⌒＠)ﾉ
So today we will be making our homemade stroopwafel ice cream!

Stroopwafel is a popular Cookie from the Netherlands. It’s made of two thin wafer cookies filled with caramel in between. If you haven’t had those cookies before and you’re able to buy it where you live, definitely try them out if you love sweets!

Stroopwafel was one of the Cookies I would eat if I craved for something sweet. It’s one of the cookies I’ve grown up with so I wanted to incorporate this in my homemade ice cream! It’s hard to find these yummy caramel waffles outside the Netherlands. I am so happy that I was able to score some of these delicious waffles last year where I am living now.
