► Between June 2014, and September the following year, four young, gay men, were drugged, raped and murdered by the same man, Stephen Port.
The cases had remarkable similarities.

An inquest has now heard how police made repeated mistakes, failing to treat the deaths as suspicious,.. and making no connection between them.
