Challenge #1:
Create a simple flow that converts a raw timestamp into a human-readable time string, formatted as HH:mm:ss.

How to work with timestamps in Node-RED

How to use Function nodes for simple JavaScript logic

How to format and display clean output in the Debug window

🧩 Nodes used:

Inject – to generate the timestamp

Function – to convert it

Debug – to display the result

🎯 Goal: When you press the Inject button, you should see something like 09:05:00 in the debug sidebar.
