An El Paso County jury found Letecia Stauch guilty in the 2020 killing of her 11-year-old stepson Gannon Stauch.
She was found guilty on all of the following counts:
First-degree murder - after deliberation
First-degree murder - victim under 12 position of trust
Tampering with a deceased human body
Tampering with physical evidence - destroy
Family of Gannon Stauch gave impact statements ahead of Letecia Stauch's sentencing on Monday afternoon.
