First Sub-23! Still a good 10-15 feasible seconds that this category can go down by with current strats. Very good run before not getting the 1/3 bee rng (+7s), and Inkwell Hell in particular was a pretty slow point (another potential 10s or so collectively between King Dice and The Devil).
This category had a lot of smaller strategy improvements, mainly from just being able to better manipulate EX moves in more circumstances, but the biggest new thing was the Phase 1 Devil Early Kill (nicknamed "The Devil's Kiss") which only works on specific patterns and is generally pretty difficult to pull off, but I was able to get it here to top this run off.
My controls:
Jump: Right Bumper
Shoot: Left Trigger
Ex Shoot: A
Switch Weapon: X
Lock: Left Bumper
Dash: Y
The controller skin in the top left is that of an Xbox One controller, but I actually used an 8bitdo SN30 pro+ controller.
