Описание: Now in today's video I want to talk about what I'm moving broker does now I'm moving broker is like a salesperson they're the first person you talk to when you look into book a move and my job is to get all the information that you provided in terms of the move so I can forward that to my driver information that like what you're going to be moving when you're moving where you where's the pickup and drop off address so I have to make sure that I'm very very I'm I have to be a us moving customer has to be very clear with me so I can know the information so I can forward that to my driver because one thing I stress is to be transparent because sometimes when we do a move a customer will say oh I want this move and then when we show up then there's a whole whole system that they want to move that they didn't tell me so I can forward that to my driver secondly sometime moving customer say they want to be and then my driver show up there and additional location that they want to go to so it's very important when you're moving when talking to a moving broker to be very very clear and very up front so on understanding of what is supposed to be moved my job in the middle is to get all the information gather all the information make sure that we're 100% clearer and the customer is cleared me what they want to move and then out for that to my driver because it's very very important because I am quoting you based on the information that you give me so when my driver shows up and you decide to say okay I'm going to do something different than my driver at that point can refuse to do the move because the information that is is provided from me to them is not hard enough to what you're saying so it order for us to have a move where everything goes smoothly they have to be transparency from the customer's standpoint so I can forward that to the driver so the driver knows exactly what they're going to do so my job is to make sure that everything went smoothly the customer is happy with the service that you're giving and also the driver is going in to do the job and get the job done so in this video I'm going to touch on that and give you more information on what a moving broker does so until next time thank you and if you have any questions you can email me at get 2 Point [email protected] all of my information is listed in the information below thanks
