Hi guys, here is the ultimate guide to do Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift (RDLs) safely and effectively. In this video I show you the #1 mistake people make with RDLs that causes lower back pain - and how to fix it with proper form.
✅ Step-by-step RDL form checklist:
*Stay in between the dumbbells
*Bend your knees, grab the dumbbells and have your back neutral
Push your feet down as you deadlift keeping chest up
*Do the reps
*Put dumbbells back down with neutral back and bent knees
*Keep dumbbells on the sides (not too far forward)
*Keep dumbbells slightly in front to activate more lower back
*Do single-leg RDLs to balance both sides
