In Part 14 of Batman: Arkham Knight, after dealing with the situation at Panessa Studios, Batman returns to assist Poison Ivy in her fight against Scarecrow’s fear toxin. During the operation, he realizes something is wrong—Lucius Fox has gone silent, which is highly unusual. Concerned, Batman heads to Wayne Tower to check on him.
With no time to lose, Batman rushes back to aid Ivy, but Scarecrow makes his move. The Cloudburst is activated, releasing a massive wave of fear toxin that engulfs Gotham City.
Now, with Gotham on the brink of collapse, Batman must find a way to counter the Cloudburst and stop Scarecrow before the city is lost forever.
