Описание: Let's do some art therapy! I love giving you some art journal project ideas to incorporate into your art journal, so here we go! Today, I want you to sketch what you see. Choose something that you see each and every day and sketch it! While you're sketching, I want you to let your mind wander. For me, sketching is a form of meditation. It would be great if you did a journal entry, after you complete your sketch, discussing some of the thoughts that popped into your head while you were drawing.
