Sirf 3 seeti aur dal ready!

✅ Ingredients:
✔ ½ cup Tuvar Dal
✔ ½ cup Masoor Dal
✔ 1 Small Onion (chopped)
✔ 2 Tomatoes (chopped)
✔ 4 Green Chilies
✔ Coriander Leaves & Curry Leaves
✔ ½ tsp Turmeric
✔ ½ tsp Coriander Powder
✔ 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
✔ Salt to taste

For Tempering (Tadka):
✔ Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
✔ Rai (Mustard Seeds)
✔ Garlic cloves
✔ Curry Leaves
✔ Chili Powder

✅ Quick Method:
1️⃣ Dals dhokar cooker mein daal do
2️⃣ Add onion, tomato, green chilies, haldi, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste & salt
3️⃣ Add water, cook for 3 whistles
4️⃣ Mash and boil once
5️⃣ Prepare tadka with oil + jeera + rai + garlic + curry leaves + chili powder, pour on dal
6️⃣ Garnish with coriander leaves
