Taste Taiwan
"Taste Taiwan" invited three chefs: Chef Michael Ferraro from New York, Chef Bryannt Wigger from Los Angeles, and Chef Thomas Heinrich from Vancouver, Canada, to Taiwan for a culinary tour in December 2013. The trip was documented and produced into a 30-minute show, which will air on Discovery on Saturday Feb. 15th at 8AM in the US.
In the meantime, here is a sneak preview of the show:
During the trip, the chefs had an opportunity to learn the art of dumpling making at the world-famous restaurant: Din Tai Fung. The chefs had a friendly competition at the end of their trip.
