Making Two Cold Process Soaps- One Pleased, the Other Seized

Описание: It really pays to look back at your notes, especially when using those pesky accelerating fragrances. Did I look back at my notes? Nope, but I should have. So, one of these soaps challenged me to plop it and swirl the best that I could. It turned out to be a pretty cool Frankenstein quilt while the other behaved beautifully.

I made two videos in one for you all this time because I wanted to show you what I intended to do in the first place before the other turned naughty on me. Let me know what you think about that misbehaved soap.

Also, I know I only mentioned it briefly in the video, but my dad also died, not quite a month after my mom did. They did everything in life together, it's no wonder that they left together as well. I was numb for a while, but I looked through their old photos, wrote and presented the eulogy and it was a very healing experience for me to note that more of their lives were spent healthily and happy.

At some point, I know I will need a break from the video making to deal with so much. However, for now I'm finding solace in the realtime world of soap making and the feedback that follows with my soaping family (you know that you right?) The outpouring of love, condolences and love was amazing. I will thank you all for that now. There are so many wonderful comments on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram for me to respond back to.
