This video can be used to practice recording data via continuous measurement (frequency, duration, inter response time) or discontinuous measurement (partial interval, whole interval, momentary time sampling)
Sighing: any instance an audible exhale of air is emmited out of person's mouth. This includes times in which the person is working, takes a breath in and exhales air at a volume that can be heard. This does not include times in which the person exhales air without any audible sound.
Pencil tapping: any instance in which the person holds the pencil in their hand and hits the table more then once with the pencil. This includes when the person hits the table with the pencil 10 times in a row. This does not include times in the person lets the pencil go on the table.
