U.S. President Donald Trump says Reliance Industries will back a new oil refinery at the **Port of Brownsville in Texas — potentially the first new refinery built in the U.S. in 50 years.
The plant will process 100% American shale oil, helping solve a major bottleneck in the U.S. energy system.
