Rice Doughnut
100gm- Rice flour
200ml- water
80gm - sugar
60gm - Maida
1/2 tsp- yeast
1tbsp- oil/ ghee
1tbsp- curd
1/2 tsp- baking soda
25ml - water
Method
Cook Rice flour in 200ml water.(until a paste like consistency).
Cover and cook the rice paste.
Combine sugar, yeast, curd to the cooled paste.
Fold ghee and maida to the batter.
Rest for 30 minutes.
Now fry the rice balls in hot oil.
Sprinkle icing sugar on top & serve.
