Описание: We deserved better as switch axe main but hopefully the expansion will fix it.
Tell me what changes you think that could fix swaxe in the comments.

The changes are: Full release is not possible in neutral [only from elemental discharge or focus strike], morph loop, offset into full release + amped [keep in mind offset is limited in numbers even with no mods on], phial damage on axe mode and overhead axe into rising double slash.
