Spinach Cheese Dosa | Palak Dosa | Instant Dosa
Here's an instant dosa recipe you can count on for busy mornings!!
An instant dosa batter without FERMENTATION without SOAKING overnight is a time saviour for all.
Method:
● Take 1 cup rava/ semolina, half cup gram flour (besan), 2 tbsp curd, 1 dry red chilli. Grind all these using water as per need.
● Add salt to the batter. You can adjust consistency to make a flowy batter.
● Keep aside foe 10 minutes. And keep your toppings ready for the dosa.
● Here, I have used spinach, spring onion, sambar masala, and cheese.
● After 10 minutes, you can use the batter to make crispy, smooth, yummy dosa.
● Make sure to sprinkle water on hot pan before pouring the batter. And always lower the flame while pouring the batter or else it will thicken on high flame.
● Add your favorite toppings on thw batter, some oil, and it will be ready in minutes.
● Enjoy dosa with uour favourite chutney!!
