Part 1 of stretching my CJ7 frame to CJ8/Scrambler length! Adding 10 inches to the wheelbase (for better stability and proportions) by cutting the frame in the straight section, plus extending the rear of the frame another 14 inches overall.
In this video: Measuring, marking precise cut locations, and making the initial cuts to prep for inserts/extensions. Stay tuned for Part 2 where we weld in the new sections, reinforce, and finish the stretch.
