TODAY'S RECIPE IS Swirl Cookies Recipe | No Egg Cookies Recipe | Choco Vanilla Cookies Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
Soften butter 50 gm
Powder sugar 1/4 cup
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
Whisk until fluffy
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Milk 2-3 tbsp
Mix well
Dough form
Divide the dough
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Milk 1 tsp
Mix well
Place wrapping paper
Roll plain dough
Keep aside
Another wrapping paper
Now roll chocolate dough
Place vanilla dough over chocolate dough
Roll carefully & tightly
Cover with wrapping paper
Keep in the fridge for 30 mins
After 30 mins cut with a sharp knife
Bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 10-15 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
