Who is Steve Moore and why should we care?
Well, apart from being my Dad, and serving up some very fine fish food for the actual Queen of England. Not once, but twice! He's been at the heart of food production in Europe for decades.
Even through all the changes with the EU, fishing quotas and the UN, our Steve has been involved in so many aspects of the fish business. There is actually NOTHING he doesn't know about fish, fishing, the fishing industry, food business, ethical business, family business and being an incredible inspiration to every one he meets.
We're thinking about getting him to do a "live" one day. What do you think? (If you all say "YES" he'll be forced to do it!)
