RidgeMonkey Pro Chef Simon Bishop demonstrates a really simple dish using the Connect Combi Set, loaded with big flavours and one that will definitely put some warmth in your belly at this time of year!!
INGREDIENTS:
A splash of oil (we use hemp oil)
2 slices of bacon
2 "London's Finest" pork sausages
25g good quality black pudding
20g garlic butter
3 spring onions, chopped
100g shop-bought mashed potato
Rich beef and onion gravy
