The Suede UK tour is in full swing in week 1! This was my second show at the just-outside-London new-ish, shiny venue where they also played for the Autofiction tour. But what was different this time is that their cafe is now open during the day until 4pm, lightening the load on queueing! Warmth, toilets and hot drinks - yes please!
Suede debuted a new song 2 gigs ago, Tribe. I didn't want to listen to it nor watch anyone's videos. I wanted to hear it live for the first time myself. Yeah, I loved it! It's fierce and seems it's another song dedicated to us obsessive fans. And any song in which Brett spits out the word 'fuck' (and come ON, I need 'The Sound and the Summer' on this tour!) is going to be hot. I particularly when he talks about when each of us is alone and thinks of each other - mmm MMM.
