Seung Lab Neuroglancer Demonstration for SfN 2017

Описание: This video navigates in-browser neurons reconstructed from mouse visual cortex using nanoscale-resolution images from an electron microscope. Vast dendrites extend upward and sideways from the rounded somas. They are covered in projections called spines. Each minute projection is one half of a synapse that receives information from other cells, acting as a communication site between neurons.

Neurons reconstructed by Sebastian Seung's Lab at the Princeton Neuroscience Institute from image data acquired by The Allen Institute for Brain Sciences and Baylor College of Medicine. This project is funded by the IARPA MICrONS program.
