For this recipe I have used 500 ml of sprouted Ragi milk
Some finely chopped shallots
Green chilli
Curry leaves
1 tbsp sprouted Ragi flour and salt
You can use grated carrots spinach leaves etc as well

If you are worried about using raw Ragi milk or if you think you won’t like the taste of raw Ragi you can cook the milk in low flame until it’s thinks and let it cool down and use that instead of raw Ragi milk
I prefer the taste of raw milk and it’s much healthier than cooked version
