NTU Singapore's 9th satellite successfully launched to space

Описание: #NTUsg latest satellite, the AOBA VELOX-IV was successfully launched from Japan and is now running experiments in space. Jointly built by NTU and Kyutech, the nanosatellite has a quad-jet thruster to control its altitude and a special camera to take photo of the Earth’s horizon glow. Also doing equally well in space is its sibling, the SPATIUM-I, which houses a miniaturised atomic clock to provide an accurate timing reference for the nanosatellite’s onboard electronics. The success of both satellites helps to demonstrate the technologies needed for future lunar missions.
