The 2-million-square-foot complex houses offices, apartments, a food hall, retail stores, and artist studios.
After closing as a Sears store in 1978, the building was abandoned for nearly 30 years. In 1998, Jamestown Properties acquired the property and began redevelopment into the Ponce City Market project. The market opened on November 11th, 2014
