Here is a little old restroom in the E cabin loop at Letchworth State Park in Portageville NY. When I visited here a year ago, I drove right by these without checking them out.
Stall partitions have been removed, along with a toilet in the ladies, for more space. It seems pointless though since there is a step to get up to these bathrooms.
The men's room has a vintage Crane Norwich sink, an old urinal (Case?) and an Eljer Andes on a 1954 Case low tank!
The ladies room has a very surprising find, featuring another Norwich sink and an original Kohler Sibley toilet(!!) on another Case low tank
UPDATE: Sadly, all of these toilets here in this campground have been removed and replaced with garbage new Mansfield toilets. The buildings remain otherwise unchanged
