The flood situation has worsened in Basudevpur of Odisha's Bhadrak district, as several rivers have overflowed for the second time. The Kansabansa, Gamei, Nuanai, Kanchudi, Dhalanai, and Mantei rivers are in flood, leaving thousands of families surrounded by water.
