We would like the swift return of the 76 year old acetate discs allegedly found at the radio station in the Arizona desert as claimed in the liner notes of the Boppin' Acetates Coast to Coast CD released on COLLECTOR RECORDS Novemeber 9, 2004.

The songs by Lucky White and his band were not authorized for release on this CD. The sound recording discs were stolen from Lucky White, by his band mate William Van Tanner, 76 years ago and eventually taken overseas to the Netherlands Holland.

We believe that Willam Van Tanner (Bill Taylor) former band member and co-songwriter in Lucky's band, was good friends with Cees Klop of COLLECTOR RECORDS. Regardless, Lucky informed his daughter about these thefts of his music before he passed away from cancer in 1997.
