Sinzae Reed: Man Fatally Shoots Black Teen In The Back, Gets Charges Dropped | Roland Martin

Описание: A story out of Columbus, Ohio, raises eyebrows about how a 36-year-old white convict slew a Columbus, Ohio, Teen without consequences.

In October, Krieg A. Butler Sr was seen shooting 13-year-old Sinzae Reed, striking him several times before he fled the scene. Police arrested Butler later that day.

A week after Butler's arrest, prosecutors filed to dismiss the case on October 19 without giving a reason.

Records show Butler was not supposed to have a firearm because of a previous misdemeanor domestic violence conviction, which prohibits him from having a gun under federal law.

We contacted Franklin County Coroner's Office for comment but have not heard back.
