Shoutout to Pikashy, the greatest classic runner ever. His knowledge of the AI and his patience for this mode were unmatched.
I used to be okay with just any decent no damage completion, but he pushed the bar and showed that 2.2 million is possible with every characters.
He also got DK and Link very hard no damage run which sadly doesn't give as much point as a very easy run but they are way more impressive.

Link: Just push him off at exactly 4:40 so he bomb pull to his doom.
As normal as it gets.

Yoshi: up-air kill them in order, be patient if the Yoshi don't cooperate and be careful.
Went great.

Fox: Just bait Fox at the ledge so he SD
Went great.

BTT: My usual for RTA setting.

Marios: Focus on killing Luigi as fast as possible with air shine, usually 2 is enough. Then I focus on Mario to kill him through aerial shine and edgeguard.
It was a little shaky on Mario but I got all the bonuses here and it was very fast.

Pika: Bait Pika to SD.
Went okay since I got it before the 30 seconds mark.

Giant DK: Let the CPU deal with Giant DK and hope for the best. Most times they'll be able to KO him without 60-80 seconds.
Got an extra 10 k because DK had a rare 30 second SD.

BTP: Very casual, I just play it a little safer to not get hit by a bumper. I always get 27 with this beginner's route.

Kirby: Up-air the kirby in order. Only the first hit of the move otherwise they don't die and it gets scary real fast.
I was able to recover properly, but I was quite nervous.

Samus: Kill her with aerial asap.
Not getting hit here is always a victory, but I barely lost speedster.
I played it very safe and it was a little too slow but it's okay.

Metal Mario: Bait him to his doom.
Went great, he SD quickly.

RTTF: Just be careful and don't get hit, especially with the first one.
22-25 is okay for Fox, I played it pretty aggressive on this run.

Polygon: up-air all the polygon and hope you don't explode if you break a capsule.
I was super focus on the spawn and it was a very fast and very clean polygon fight.

Master hand: I went for safe laser and I tried to finish with 3:33 for for lucky 3 bonus worth 9990 point.
The animation of the hand doesn't always line up to get hit so I was quite lucky.
The run was incredible and I felt like this would push it to another level of insanity.
I'm extremely happy that I went for it and got it.

For speed demon your total time for each stage needs to be under 8 minutes (480 seconds).
It doesn't include the time for break the targets and board the platforms.


Possible Improvement :
If a random star appears as you finish the stage it can give you an extra 11 000 (12 000 star clear minus 1000 for no item).
It could happen on Yoshi, Mario, Kirby and Polygon. Like 1 out of those 4 could happens but it's pretty unlikely regardless.

Yoshi: Pikashy proved that if you can air shine the yoshi in order it before the 30 second mark, it would get an extra 7k points.
My movement is not good enough and I was too slow for it, but it's possible and was done on the previous record.

Fox: you can get an extra 4k if the arwing kills Fox but that's not something reliable obviously.

Giant DK: The best scenario is when Giant DK up-b and slip off the map and dies in less than 30 seconds.
You can even get DK perfect which gives an extra 40 k points but you need some extreme luck.

Samus: Finish the fight 2 second earlier for 10 000 points.

RTTF: More aggressive RTTF like running through the first polygon could bring to time to around 20 seconds for a 1500 points.
Unless you absolutely needs this extra points, I don't think it's happening.


Overall, I lost 7k but not going for the hardest strat on yoshi, I lost around 10k for Samus but I got a rare 10k on DK. I'd say this is extremely close to the limit for Fox.
Anything better than 2 280 000 for Fox would require an absurd amount of luck.
