We are showing you a new recipe for air fryer pork tenderloin, cut into coins and dredged in a special rub made with coffee grounds and pungent spices.
This is a very unusual recipe for us, but watch how its made and how it turns out. We serve it over a bed of buttered wide egg noodles. We used our new Power Airfryer XL Oven. Also, we used one of Eric Theiss recipes in the cookbook that we bought to go with the oven. The recipe worked perfectly, and the buttery noodles were a nice nest for our tender and robust medallions.
