For those of you who have been following my journey, I was blessed with a scholarship to attend the Dr. Joe Dispenza February 2022 training in Cancun, Mexico, thanks to the support of Give2Give org. By now you probably also know about my love for his work.

Every morning wether I feel like it or not (and trust me, most days I'd rather sleep in!) I wake up to do an hour meditation with his voice guiding me. I've also started using his meditations anytime I start to feel sick or feel a headache coming on (& I keep attributing my speedy recovery from Covid twice in less than 4 days to him, as both times I locked myself up and did loads of his meditations, yoga and Wim Hoff strong breathing.)

I started studying his work with the intention to heal my body through the power of the mind, and in doing so I found something even greater: a deep desire to connect with God. And no, not the Christian, Evangelist, Muslim, or other God versions you read in sacred texts- but to my own version of God which I am still unpeeling and discovering as I go.

Yes, I know, it sounds insane coming from my mouth, however this is what I found myself getting into and that is where my journey and meditations have taken me.
