Resep Roti Goreng Isi Ragout (11 pcs)
Bahan:
275 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi
30 gr gula pasir
2 sdm susu bubuk
5 gr ragi
2 butir kuning telur
145 ml susu cair dingin
50 gr mentega/ margarin
½ sdt garam
Bahan ragout:
3 sdm tepung terigu protein sedang
3 sdm mentega
½ buah bawang bombai, potong kotak kecil
2 siung bawang putih halus
1 batang daun bawang, iris
1 batang seledri, iris
100 gr jagung pipil
180 gr luncheon ayam / spam / sosis
50 gr wortel, potong kotak kecil, rebus
50 gr buncis, potong kotak kecil, rebus
350 ml susu
Sejumput pala bubuk
½ sdt garam
¼ sdt merica
½ sdt gula
Bahan lainnya:
2 butir putih telur
Tepung roti
Minyak Goreng Fortune untuk menggoreng
Langkah:
1. Untuk adonan, campurkan tepung, gula pasir, susu bubuk, dan ragi, aduk dengan mixer, lalu masukkan susu dan kuning telur, mixer hingga tercampur rata
2. Masukkan mentega dan garam, mixer kembali hingga kalis elastis selama 15-20 menit di kecepatan sedang-cepat
3. Setelah kalis, bulatkan adonan lalu tutup dengan plastic wrap dan istirahatkan selama 45-60 menit
4. Untuk isian, panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bawang bombai dan bawang putih, aduk lalu tambahkan daun bawang, aduk rata
5. Masukkan luncheon ayam, jagung pipil, buncis, wortel, seledri, dan sedikit bubuk pala, aduk rata
6. Tambahkan mentega dan tepung terigu, aduk kemudian masukkan susu, garam, merica, dan gula, masak hingga mengental, dinginkan
7. Kempeskan adonan dan timbang masing-masing adonan 40-42 gr, kemudian bulatkan, tutup dengan plastic wrap, istirahatkan selama 5-15 menit
8. Pipihkan kembali adonan dengan menggunakan rolling pin kemudian isi dengan isian, bulatkan kembali, ulangi hingga adonan habis
9. Tutup kembali dengan plastic wrap, istirahatkan selama 15-25 menit
10. Setelah mengembang, masukkan adonan roti ke dalam putih telur lalu tepung roti
11. Panaskan Minyak Goreng Fortune, goreng roti hingga kecokelatan, tiriskan

Fried Ragout Buns Recipe (11 pcs)
Ingredients:
275 g bread flour
30 g sugar
2 tbsp powdered milk
5 g yeast
2 pc egg yolk
145 ml milk, cold
50 g butter / margarine
½ tsp salt
Ragout ingredients:
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 tbsp butter
½ pc onion, small diced
2 clove garlic, minced
1 pc green onion, sliced
1 pc celery, sliced
100 g shelled corn
180 g chicken luncheon / spam / sausage
50 g carrot, small diced and boiled
50 g green bean, small diced and boiled
350 ml milk
A pinch nutmeg powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp sugar
Other ingredients:
2 pc egg white
Breadcrumbs
Fortune Oil for frying
Steps:
1. For the dough, combine the flour, sugar, powdered milk, and yeast. Mix with the mixer, then add milk and egg yolks. Mix evenly.
2. Add the butter and salt. Mix again until elastic for 15-20 minutes at medium-high speed.
3. After it’s elastic, round the dough into a ball and cover it with a plastic wrap. Rest for 45-60 minutes.
4. For the filling, heat some oil and sauté the onion and garlic. Stir, then add the green onions in. Mix evenly.
5. Add the chicken luncheon, shelled corn, green beans, carrot, celery, and a bit of nutmeg powder. Mix well.
6. Add butter and flour. Stir, then add milk, salt, pepper, and sugar. Cook until it thickens, then let cool.
7. Punch the dough and weigh to 40-42 g each. Shape into a ball and cover with a plastic wrap. Rest for 5-15 minutes.
8. Flatten the dough with a rolling pin and fill. Shape into a ball once more. Repeat for all the dough.
9. Cover with a plastic wrap again. Rest for 15-25 minutes.
10. Once it’s risen, dip the bun into the egg whites then the breadcrumbs.
11. Heat the Fortune Oil and fry the buns until browned. Set aside.
12. The Fried Buns are ready to serve.
