In this video, we start our morning from our Airbnb in North Paris and take public transport through the city all the way up to the iconic Sacré-Cœur Basilica in Montmartre. The journey itself already feels magical — classic Paris metro vibes, charming streets, and that unmistakable Parisian energy everywhere.

Montmartre was SO lively and vibrant! Street musicians, cozy cafés, artists, and people from all over the world made the whole area feel alive. We spent hours just walking around, soaking in the atmosphere, grabbing coffee and food, and enjoying the moment. One of our friend’s friends also brought two adorable dogs, and I got to spend some time with them — definitely one of the cutest highlights of the day 🐶

Unfortunately, the queue to enter Sacré-Cœur was extremely long, so we couldn’t go inside. But honestly? The views from the top of the hill were absolutely worth it. We captured some stunning panoramic shots of the Paris skyline — easily one of the best viewpoints in the city!

📍 A little history about Sacré-Cœur:
The Sacré-Cœur Basilica was completed in 1914 and officially consecrated in 1919. Built after the Franco-Prussian War, it stands as a symbol of hope and national unity. Its white travertine stone gives it that bright glow, even on cloudy days, making it one of the most recognizable landmarks in Paris.

Sadly, one person in our group started feeling sick, so we had to head back home earlier than planned. But overall, it was still such a beautiful and memorable day exploring Montmartre together.
