Today I’m sharing the sashiko embroidery I’m preparing for a backpack. Old jeans become the foundation, and under the stitches the dense denim reveals its character. In this overview, I show the patterns, the texture, and ideas for giving new life to worn‑in pieces.
This work is inspired by the idea of the Solar System: repeating motifs form orbits, circles, and rhythms, and the embroidery itself turns into a small cosmic map where every line leads to a new story.
